There were billboards all over Leeds today advertising a Yorkshire Evening Post article about yesterday’s Human Placard Protest along the A660. You can read the story that was exciting so much interest in today’s online edition of the paper.
During the morning and evening rush hour today, groups of people stood along the A660 from the university to the fields near Bodington Hall. They were holding placards advising passing motorists and bus passengers of the consequences of the trolleybus scheme, should it go ahead.
