I spoke to one of paid NGT protagonists & I was reminded of the Upton Sinclair (1878-19868) quote;
“It is difficult to get a man to understand something, when his salary depends upon his not understanding it!” I wonder how much has already been spent in trying to inflict this expensive & destructive scheme on the citizens of Leeds.
